After the grunge style was big many of the bands either broke up or tried to make it past the transition. Not many made it as post-grunge groups, although those that did are some of the popular bands out now in the United States. They have found a way to tie their grunge roots to the music they play now. They may not be using all the resources of the grunge genre, but they now how to use what they have to stay close to the top.
