How to do a 360 flip
From ArticleWorld
The 360 flip, or tre flip, is a really impressive trick. This is not something for beginners, but is for intermediate or advanced skateboarders. This is a flip trick where the skateboard rotates 360 degrees.

Method
- Put your foot on the board as you would for the beginning of a kickflip. You should know how to do that trick by now, or you will need to learn it before you begin this one.
- Your back foot should be right against the tail, with the ball on the toe-side.
- Spin the board as you would on a shove it, and then kick your front foot off as you would for a kickflip. Jump as high as you are able.
- While you are in the air, watch the board as it rotates beneath you.
- Catch the board beneath you, and land. You should bend your knees when you land.

Hints
- Don’t give up if you can’t make it on the first try. This is not an easy trick. Practice.
- When you jump, you should try and lift your legs as high as you can. This keeps them away from the board, and prevents it from hitting you.
- Remember to bend your knees as you land the trick. This absorbs the impact, and keeps you from loosing your balance.
- Although you have to watch the board as it spins, remember to keep your weight over the centre of the board.
- Wear protective gear, and be sure to do this in a place where you have plenty of space to fall when you miss the board.
