Welsh cuisine is associated with British cuisine. There is some Welsh cuisine that has some unusual names. For example, faggots aren’t a derogatory word in regard to Welsh cuisine. On the contrary, faggots are Welsh pork meatballs. In addition, Welsh rabbit isn’t rabbit at all. It is toast with cheese and butter. Also a crempog is Welsh pancake made with buttermilk. There are also many Welsh cheeses.
