The Toronto Raptors showed that losing Carter hurts, but can they show that they can do it without him? They went from the cellar to the middle of their division. They showed that they can take on the best, but can they do it night in and night out? They are the only team left in Canada and have shown that the different country isn’t hindering them. They just need more passion and possibly more talent.
