IBM has a whole list of software that is considered IBM software in terms of design and functionality. Much of it though has been outdated by the consistency of their rivals, Such as Linux and Microsoft. IBM has been in the computer game for most of the time that there have been computers. They have focused on hardware, and are often overlooked for what they can do with software. They have been doing software as long as the hardware.
