Industrialization is a process of social and economic change, whereby a society is transformed from a pre-industrial state to an industrial state. This social and economic change is closely related to the area’s technological innovations, such as the development of large-scale energy production. The stages of industrialization are capitalism, socialism and communism

Pre-industrial society

Pre-industrial society refers to social attributes and forms of political and cultural organization that were prevalent before the advent of the Industrial Revolution and the rise of Capitalism. Pre-industrial economies may have sustenance standards of living. This means that large portions of the population focus their collective resources on producing only what can be consumed by them The pre-industrial stages are Primitive communism, then slavery, and finally feudalism.

Health issues

Industrialisation has resulted in many health issues. Modern day stressors include noise, air, and water pollution. Poor nutrition, danger in the workplace, impersonal work, isolation, poverty, homelessness, and substance abuse can also be linked to industrialization. Industrialisation has become a major medical issue world wide.

NICs

Newly industrialized countries (NICs) are countries that have not yet attained the status of a first world nation, but are more advanced than countries in the third world. The most significant element is industrialization in that country. There must be a move from agriculture, to industrial economies, as their primary business. NICs often qualify for support form organizations like WTO (World Trade Organization).
