United Nations peacekeepers job is to keep the peace in regions affected by conflict. Representatives of the UN travel to conflict zone and try to negotiate or analyze the situation. They propose solutions to the confilct which are accepted or not. In some cases the United Nations send military troops for peacekeeping. Civilians can also be included in operations under the form of advisors, monitors or civilian police officers. The United Nation peackeepers are made of soldiers coming from many countries.
