Roy Orbison, also known as "The Big O", was an American singer/songwriter and one of the most prolific and influential rock singers of all times. He was a pioneer of rock and roll music. He recorded many new styles, such pop and country based rock and roll. His career spanned for over four decades. Orbison was named to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.
