Japanese cuisine is very interesting because there is no agreement on what fundamental foods make up Japanese cuisine. Some types of Japanese cuisine includes: sushi and Kaiseki which is an elegant meat that is usually served at a traditional tea ceremony. Most people in Japan eat their food with chopsticks. Most Japanese cuisine has rice or noodles as a side dish or as part of a recipe.
