British literature is a vast storehouse of poetry, prose and drama spanning geographical regions from works by Northern Ireland novelists and Scottish writers to Welsh authors. The style of writing varies from children’s literature and British drama to non-fictional British works and poetry. Then again, British illustrators and printers and British short story writers, biographers and essayists have established Britain as one of the foremost nations where good language is written, read and appreciated.
