  1. Let us begin with the hair. To keep your tresses looking great all you need to do is to keep them clean by washing and conditioning them every day. Brush your hair out at least twice a day or more. Get it cut in a style that suits your face but do not go all out and get some crazy hairdo that looks and feels weird.   2. Keep your nails cut and buffed and paint them to match your outfits. Clean under them too keep them healthy.
  3. The way to a perfect glowing skin is to have at least 8 glasses of water every day. Bathe daily and keep your skin clean. Apply a good body lotion after bathing. Wash your face every morning and evening and cleanse it with a deep pore cleansing milk. Put on moisturizing lotion afterwards.
  4. Brush your teeth after every meal and floss them. Rinse your mouth out with a mouth wash to keep your breath smelling clean. Cleaning your tongue out is also very important to keep it healthy and pink.
  5. Either work out in a gym or jog to keep fit. Jogging for 25 minutes (a mile and a half) is generally enough to begin with. You can build up your stamina and increase the distance as you get used to the exercise. Consult your doctor for further details.

  • Eat healthy (minimum junk food) to supplement your healthy life style.
  • Have a healthy and a swinging life style. Spend 1-2 hours studying (apart from school hours) and keep the rest for socializing with friends and family.
