Food and Entertaining may be considered two of the few basic desires of man as a social being. All of us like to interact and make friends and go to parties and have people over for dinners or lunches. This requires certain skills in preparation of food, mixing of drinks and laying out the dinner table. What wine goes with what food, how to throw a cocktail party, how to make a fruity vodka tonic or even how to graciously invite people into your house, requires social skills.
