How to not lose your grace during pregnancy
From ArticleWorld
To not lose your grace during pregnancy is eminently possible if you do not forget that you are first and foremost a woman and then you decided to become a mom. A woman becomes beautiful in pregnancy; it is a fact that only not does her expression become soft and she looks at the world through rose tinted glasses but since she thinks the whole world beautiful, she becomes beautiful to the world. The whole aura that surrounds a pregnant woman, the pride in herself, the air of mystery (as if she is hiding something that no one has clue about) gives her person a unique allure. But with all this she needs to remain in command of her body before she forgets herself in the new baby. Here are some suggestions that can make her even more alluring.
A few suggestions
- Don’t forget your own beauty regime that you followed before you became pregnant. In fact pamper yourself even more. Get a new hair style (if you tired of the old one) or a makeover from any departmental store make up counter. Take care of your skin because though in general women get a glow when they are pregnant, some women’s skin tone may also turn blotchy. Don’t stop living for yourself.
- Get some fresh clothes for yourself. They don’t necessarily need to be five sizes larger, just look for bright jumpers and button up blouses. If you don’t find anything that catches your eye, you could sew some yourself. Get a color that flatters your skin tone and get going.
- Get good sturdy shoes that do not slip or skid but are never the less feminine. Some beads or crystals do wonders to sensible shoes.
- Get soft wraps and shawls in warm colors, throwing them around your shoulders lightly will make you feel all womanly.
Do’s
- Do your exercises regularly, apart from easing the birth they will also keep you in good shape.
- Spread vitamin E oil on your stomach, it helps in softening the dry skin and makes the itching go away.
Don’ts
- Don’t forget to get strong and supportive undergarments. They will not only support your back but also help in the general posture.
