How to make your own super Mario brothers Daisy costume

The first thing you will need to do is gather the materials that you will need to make this costume.

What you need

A pale yellow dress is the base of the costume. This can be an old dance costume or sundress.
Orange ribbons. This can be the ribbons used to wrap presents.
A sea green necklace with white pedals is needed to complete the look of this costume. This type of necklace can be found in any second hand or dollar store.
Make a crown out of cardboard and spray paint it gold. Use a glue gun to fasten small red and blue beads on it.
White gloves
Orange shoes (Use a pair of old shoes and polish them with orange shoe polish)

Have a picture of the character available to view as you are putting the costume together. This will ensure that it is as accurate as possible.

Stitch the orange ribbons to the yellow dress in the appropriate places.
Attach the sea green necklace to the dress in the middle of the chest.
When your child is ready to go trick or treating, place the crown on her head.
Although the costume calls for orange high heeled shoes, use low heeled or flat orange. This modification is for safety reasons and will not allow your child to trip and fall.
