Sushi is a Japanese dish served in many restaurants in Japan and around the world. Sushi is usually made with seaweed and rice. And, usually all the other ingredients that are used in sushi are wrapped up in the seaweed and rice. Tuna can be an ingredient in sushi. Sushi can be made for eel, octopus, salmon and many other ingredients.
