Jewish cuisine comes from the Middle East and is concerned with many dietary laws. For, example, there is no pork in Jewish cuisine. Also, Jewish cuisine doesn’t allow for the mixing of dairy products and meat products. In addition, shellfish, like lobster is forbidden in Jewish cuisine. Jewish people sometimes have separate dishes when they eat milk and meat products. Some foods that are part of Jewish cuisine include the following: chicken soup, borscht, and challah.
