American electronic musicians are among the core of the electronic music genre. This is the source of much of the house, trance, techno, experimental, ambient, and industrial music in the world. The United States has been the hub for this music since the electronic scene in Europe did off a bit. With the insurgence in Europe the United States have been trying to maintain their hold in this overall genre. With locations in Germany being the new home for many industrial bands and the United Kingdom taking in the house and trance, it will be interesting to see what will happen next.
